This bakery and pastry enthusiast started since the age of 14 and launched the Mr Chou concept in his first small Aix store on rue Cardinal.

Everything is fresh and made on site, a real treat.
Let's not forget that Mr Chou is above all a caterer. Certain Saturday, the company can produce up to 5000 choux to accompany the events of individuals or companies. The assembled parts are delivered with metal supports specially designed for and by Mr Chou allowing easy use and ordering of a wide variety of designs and flavours.
