Description

Chef Eric LeClere provides Traiteur and Cuisiner Services in and around the Limousin (87).

We offer a variety in catering services; Chef de Cuisine assistance, catering for any occasion, and cooking classes. We offer buffets, formal courses, family style (a crowded table), and special theme services.

From Traditional BBQ to Five Star Resort Cuisines, Chef Eric’s range of skills make him desirably flexible when creating new menus.

His love for food has given him a culinary education specializing in Classic French, Barbecue, American Southern Traditional, and is a superior Poissonnier.

We work closely with either the bride and groom or the wedding planner to develop the perfect menu for you. We are also available to cater the day before or the day after the event as well for pre and post wedding parties.

We work with you if you have any dietary requirements as well. From allergies, to sensitivities, to religious needs we always remain flexible.

  • Chef Eric has served many events here at the Château. From small private parties to large weddings. Everything was prepared with care and he adhered to COVID procedures with masks/gloves etc. during the times we were restricted. The food was exceptional! We always welcome Eric back to the Chateau, it is a pleasure to work with him!

  • The food was outstanding and somehow not even the best part of working with them. The people were wonderful and constantly finding ways to take tasks off our plate, even if it wasn’t part of their contract. We really appreciate how wonderful everyone was in going above and beyond. Also did I mention the food was amazing? I still think about the potatoes au gratin sometimes (all the time).
