Wedding Design, Planning and Coordination
Buried in the heart of South West France, I live in an area steeped in history, surrounded by award-winning bastide towns food and wine; old-stone farms; fields of wildflowers; brightly coloured shutters; moss covered forests; lavender and organic seasonal flowers that have an unforgettable perfume. As each venue has its own special charm I will often take this as the main inspiration, aiming to create an unforgettable event that is in harmony with nature, the surroundings and the individuality of my clients.
My in-depth knowledge of the local area (I have been living in France since 2002), venues and vendors, as well as my ability to speak the language, combined with years of experience in delivering events, is what gives my clients peace of mind, especially when planning a wedding from afar. As a recent client from Australia (Sammie & Joe, At-Home Barn Wedding, August 2018) has commented “the suppliers Hannah uses love her and so do we!”

Celtic Ceremonies:
I am also able to work as a Celtic Celebrant, performing more nature-inspired ceremonies. As a member of OBOD (Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids) I have trained with their affiliated school, 'The School of Celebrancy' (training courses for nature-inspired celebrants). Price is 700€ (travel within 100km included).
What is a Celtic Ceremony? Before houses of worship, the Celts designated spaces in nature as sacred places to hold their marriage ceremonies. Performed today, a Celtic Ceremony is a symbolic one that has a deep connection with nature and the elements. Although it can be performed in any location, it is particularly suited to more 'natural' surroundings, such as gardens, forests, mountains, beaches, rivers, lakes....
