My name is Richard, and I have the best job in the world!
Why is that, I hear you ask? Well, I've always enjoyed people watching, like when you're at the arrival area of an airport waiting for your family, and you see all the other people nervously waiting and then showing delight and love as they see the person walk through the gate. Weddings are very similar with all that emotion, and I feel lucky to be able to document these times.
I studied film-making, so this has contributed to how I developed my style of photography over the years. I'm particularly drawn to a series of images that can work together to build a complete narrative of a wedding and if that has a cinematic feel to it then the better.
So you're looking for a wedding photographer in France? I am happy you found me as I've absolutely loved photographing weddings across France! My first one was at the stunning Chateau de la Bourlie in Dordogne and since then I've always had a smile on my face when I receive an enquiry about a wedding in France.
France is a large country with so many locations to choose from, whether you're thinking of a Chateau in the Loire Valley, a French riviera celebration or a chic Parisian wedding I would love hear what you're planning.
I can imagine how stressful planning a wedding can be, so I've tried to keep my packages as simple as possible with only three to choose from.
There is one for larger weddings which includes a second photographer, a fine-art wedding album and fast delivery. Then my most popular 'favourite' package which includes 12-hour coverage and finally a package tailored for smaller intimate weddings.
