What exactly do you do as a Wedding Planner?

First and foremost, working with a wedding planner gives you a dedicated expert to help you over any ‘wedmin’ hurdles you’re facing.We understand that your lives are busy, and it’s our mission to streamline your planning process, to take away the tasks that are causing you stress, and to leave you with the fun bits! Our services are adaptable and tailored to your needs, and cover everything from initial ideas and design of your day, through sourcing suppliers and styling and set up on the day itself. When working with a wedding planner, you can relax knowing your celebration is in safe hands, and that it will come together in the best and most beautiful way possible.

What can we ask you to do?

Any wedding related task: no matter how big or small. At the start of our working together we’ll draw up a plan breaking down the tasks, noting which are the ones that you’re keen to hang on to (eg: cake tasting and stationery design) and which you’d like us to take off your plate (eg budget tracking, supplier liaison, wrangling timelines and schedules) If we can’t do it we will of course recommend somebody who can.

How do I book and what payment methods do you accept?

A small non refundable deposit payment holds your date and confirms the booking. A payment plan can be arranged and full payment must be paid 14 days prior to your wedding day. We accept BACS and PayPal (an additional charge will apply).

Do you offer different packages?

We don’t offer set price packages simply because we believe this is too prescriptive – your wedding can’t be neatly fitted into a box– it’s far too unique for that. Our quotations are bespoke, and based on your requirements. I do break down my services into Full Planning (start to finish assistance from the initial ideas right up until the styling and on the day management), Partial Planning (a more pick and mix approach where you call in the cavalry once you’re further down the road with your planning), and On The Day Co-ordination (you bring me in in the last few weeks to take over the reins and ensure everything runs like clockwork, allowing you to relax and enjoy all your hard work and your amazing celebration).
