After 18 years spent in France and soon 16 in the kitchen, it was time for me to share with you my love for cooking and especially that of my country Mexico!
After studying communication in my native country, it was in 2001 that I decided to come and discover Europe. Through my adventures, I had the chance to meet many different people from all over the world. But it was France that my heart fell in love with, and where I decided to fulfill my childhood dream: “la Cuisine”.
I started with a CAP, which allowed me to open the doors of very fine establishments, but above all to meet and learn from great chefs and teams, who gave me the opportunity to show and develop my culinary creativity, a job that has now become my passion!
This is why today I offer you a cuisine borrowed from typical Mexican flavors, through succulent tacos, guacamole and other exotic preparations, cooked with fresh and homemade products.
If you are getting married in France and would like something different for your catering options then look no further. Our truck can be the perfect solution for the evening of your wedding day, or perhaps the following day when you are having a brunch and pool party!
Served by 3, a “taco” consists of a corn tortilla in the center of which we place a garnish (meat or vegetables).
Tacos are eaten with your fingers.
It is usual for our taqueros (the people who prepare the tacos) to ask you if you would like them to add onions and cilantro on the filling. It's up to you to choose the sauces and especially to squeeze the lime.
