WHAT ARE YOUR RATES ?
Each wedding is a unique event benefiting from a specific organization.
Therefore, it is not possible to apply one or more packages that will suit your wedding perfectly uniformly.
The prices therefore depend on various criteria that we need to master in order to be able to establish a 1st estimate:
- The Venue: characteristics, dimensions, number of spaces to be sound/lit, is it already equipped with sound equipment, lighting, video-projection? …
- The Stages: how many stages does your marriage consist of? Is there a religious ceremony? Secular? A cocktail ? A ballroom different from the dining room? …
- The number of guests: wedding in a small committee? A grandiose wedding with several hundred guests?
- Your artistic wishes: a group for the cocktail party? For the dance party? A magician at dinner? …
- Your technical wishes: should the sound/lighting technique be concentrated in a single room? Would you like a Photobooth? A vinyl bar?
… all the answers to these questions allow us to assess the logistics of your wedding in more detail, often after scouting on site (or on the map when this is not possible)
We will then propose an offer adapted to your needs, and in line with your budget.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A DJ ONLY FOR THE DANCE PARTY?
No !
In order to ensure the success of your event and the success of the dance party, it is necessary that the DJ can accompany you on the different stages of your day (ceremony, cocktail, dinner, dance party)
This allows him to take the ambient temperature, to get to know and exchange with your guests, so that he is accepted as a member of the family during the dance party. For a successful evening, conviviality is the key!
(The DJ's service is fixed and his day is dedicated to your wedding. This comes into play from the preparation for the technical set-up)
WHAT ARE THE KEY MUSICAL MOMENTS OF MY WEDDING THAT SHOULD NOT BE OVERLOOKED?
Several stages are involved in your marriage, and most are strong moments marked by specific music:
Ceremony : Arrival of the bride and groom, Speech, End of Ceremony
Cocktail : Toss of the bridal bouquet (middle or end of cocktail)
Dinner : Arrival of the newlyweds in the room (once all the guests have returned).
Cake / Champagne Fountain: Festive moment, it marks the transition between the end of the meal and the dance party
1st Dance : An intimate moment for the bride and groom which allows to launch the dancing evening (this can sometimes intervene with the dessert)
All these moments strongly contribute to the rhythm of the evening and should not be minimized in their preparation.
WHAT ABOUT THE MICROPHONE ANIMATION OF YOUR DJS?
All our DJs are MCs, i.e. "Masters of Ceremonies"...they are therefore able to present the different stages and activities of the evening, make introductions (introduce people before giving them the microphone, announce the different times, etc.) and galvanize the guests during key moments.
In our agency, mixing and musical programming techniques take precedence over microphone animation, which is optional if they are well executed. So you won't hear DJs grabbing your attention by talking non-stop into the microphone, or asking you to do the caterpillar!
COULD YOU TAKE CARE OF THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION OF A WEDDING?
It's possible ! Wedding DJ is the branch dedicated to weddings of the event and artistic agency M8TE.
This is therefore part of our attributions even if we ensure in the first place the complete management of the artistic and technical services.
This includes the organization of the DJ service but also the management of the live bands (musical groups), musicians or artists and performers intervening for specific animations, or in addition to the DJ, and of course all the technique (sound system, lighting, video ) related to these interventions.
Our agency can also facilitate coordination with the various service providers involved in various services: wedding-planner, photographer, videographer, floral decoration, room decoration, bar and cocktail services, caterers, photobooth, location searches (domains, hotels, etc.) )
In this case, we will be able to take charge of the entire management of your wedding, thus becoming your privileged interlocutor, but will delegate to each service and each service provider its various missions.
We collaborate for this with many places and wedding professionals, partners and friends in whom we have complete confidence.
WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC DO YOU PLAY?
All our DJs are All-Style (also called “Generalists” or “Open Format”).
They have extensive knowledge in all styles, in all repertoires of the last 50/60 years, and adapt their music to the different stages of your wedding as well as to your wishes.
Our goal is to offer you a musical immersion that meets your expectations and musical tastes, but also to offer a variety of genres in order to bring together as many people as possible on the dance floor when the time comes.
Whatever your favorite styles and artists, we will make sure to satisfy you, but you must not lose sight of the fact that your tastes are not necessarily those of your guests and that everyone must be able to find something for them. .
